Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy testing, and budget management Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and make ongoing adjustments to improve results based on data analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media strategies with business objectives and marketing goals Required Qualifications 3-7 years of hands-on media buying experience, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of paid search, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization Experience managing campaign budgets and monitoring performance metrics Working knowledge of digital advertising tracking tools, such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Ability to analyze campaign performance data and implement practical optimizations independently
