Founding Growth Lead Job at Pallet Service Corporation, New York, NY

  • Pallet Service Corporation
  • New York, NY

Job Description

Founding Growth Lead

San Francisco or New York City

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We've raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we've achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we're positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

About the Opportunity

Pallet has proven that some of the world's largest logistics companies will buy and deploy our technology. Now we're building the marketing engine that will help us reach the next hundred.

As the Founding Growth Lead, you'll help build the systems and programs that turn market awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline. You'll work across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, and emerging channels—figuring out where to invest, what to test, and how to scale what works.

This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature playbook and optimize around the edges. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Pallet approaches demand generation: testing new channels, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure we need to understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue.

We don't expect you to be the deepest technical expert in every channel. We do expect you to understand how the pieces fit together, develop strong opinions about what works, go deep when necessary, and bring in specialized partners when they can help us move faster.

You'll also help build the operating foundation behind our growth engine—from attribution and automation to lead routing, segmentation, website tracking, and funnel reporting. The goal is simple: understand where growth comes from, double down on what works, and build a demand engine that can scale with the company.

How you will make an impact

  • Scale paid and digital programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline
  • Test and develop new channels, audiences, and campaigns
  • Improve website conversion, landing pages, messaging, and tracking
  • Own email, nurture, segmentation, and marketing automation
  • Measure performance across channels, pipeline, and revenue
  • Build ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
  • Distribute content across paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and specialized partners
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and accelerate pipeline

Preferred experience

  • 3-7 years of growth, digital, demand generation, or ABM experience
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process
  • Experience across several channels, including paid digital, email, website, and content
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking
  • Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion
  • Depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly
  • Evidence of fast career progression and strong learning ability
  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup or a top-tier university background

Interview Process

  • Chat with Christy - Founding GTM Recruiter - 30 mins
  • Chat with Jason Feng - 30-45 mins
  • Proficiency Assessment - Account Prioritization Case Study
  • Final Interview - ~3 hours
  • Brief Background Check and Reference Check

Location

  • 4-5 days a week in Fidi San Francisco or Soho New York City

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.

Our Benefits

  • Health, Vision, and Dental benefits
  • Take-what-you-need Paid Vacation
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance
  • Short-Term Disability Coverage
  • Generous salary and equity for all staff
  • 401k option; helping you save for the future
  • Paid parental leave to support growing families
  • Yearly learning and development stipend
  • Commuter benefits for Bay Area employees
  • Uber ride stipend if you ever have to work late in the office
  • Remote office home stipend to get you comfy in your space
  • Daily catered lunches provided
  • Onboarding trip to San Francisco HQ if you work remotely
  • Monthly happy hours
  • Annual Company Offsites; our last one was in Palm Springs CA

Workplace Policy

We are an in-person company. Our offices in San Francisco, New York City and London are where ideas get built, decisions get made, and the team gets stronger. We have invested in making them genuinely great places to spend your day, with catered lunches, monthly happy hours, and people who care about the work and each other.

Most of our team works in office five days a week. For select roles, we hire remotely across the U.S. Remote employees come to one of our offices for their first week to onboard and meet the team, and we cover the full trip.

Every role is different. Travel expectations are always shared upfront in the job description and confirmed in your first call with us.
